Viejo Vallarta is easy to get to, and easy to get around. From the Malecon, just keep walking south along the street (Paseo Diaz Ordaz) a few blocks. Once you've crossed the bridge over the Cuale River, the street becomes Ignacio Vallarta, and you're in Viejo Vallarta!
